The name itself - Kwanzaa - is a Swahili word meaning “fruits of the harvest.”
Each one has special traditional Christmas foods, special Christmas traditions and customs, different ways of giving gifts, and Father Christmas or Santa Claus has many different names.
The 1964 television special about Rudolph, narrated by Burl Ives, remains a holiday favorite to this day and Rudolph himself has become a much-loved Christmas icon.
Many people change to suit their families.

The poem A Visit from Saint Nicholas popularized the tradition of exchanging gifts and seasonal Christmas shopping began to assume economic importance.
